Choose weight and yarn deliberately
For 100% cotton towel enquiries, our discussed range includes 300–500 GSM options. Open-end, combed and zero-twist yarns can create different cost, hand feel and performance profiles. Absorbency, softness, durability and intended laundering should be considered together.
Define the whole program
A useful RFQ includes each item’s size, GSM, yarn, color, border or dobby detail, logo or embroidery requirement, packaging and quantity. Bath mats and bathrobes are assessed separately because their constructions and suitable production routes may differ from standard terry towels.
Control the approved standard
We coordinate samples and agreed checks for dimensions, weight, appearance and other specified requirements. The buyer and selected producer confirm the test methods and tolerances appropriate to the order before bulk production.
