Quality starts with a usable specification: construction, dimensions, materials, appearance, performance requirements, tolerances, packing and any required tests. Samples and written approvals establish what the selected producer is expected to make.
Check at relevant stages
The checks depend on the product and risk. They may cover incoming materials, development samples, in-process production and finished goods. We coordinate observations and issue follow-up against agreed requirements; the exact inspection scope and reporting cadence are set for each order.
Resolve issues with a decision trail
When a result differs from the approved reference, the buyer needs to know what happened, what quantity may be affected, what corrective action is proposed and who approves the next step. Our aim is clear communication before dispatch, not a promise that no issue will ever occur.
