Construction and finish

Send the fiber blend, weave, yarn count or construction, width, target weight, color or print, required finish and end use. Depending on the brief, the route may involve greige, bleached white, dyed or printed fabric. Each step can affect minimum quantity, lead time and unit cost.

Mill fit matters

The best-priced mill is not automatically the right mill for a white hotel fabric, a printed home textile or a particular finish. We assess capability, consistency, required controls and capacity for the requested construction.

Agree the approval and inspection points

Lab dips, strike-offs, hand feel, shade, width, shrinkage and other tests may matter depending on the product. We align the applicable approvals and checkpoints with the buyer and the selected mill before bulk.

What determines the MOQ?

Existing constructions or available fabric may allow a smaller route. New yarn, construction, color or finishing setup can require a larger mill minimum.
