What a buying house does for your order
We do not own the mills producing every item in our range. Our role is to identify an appropriate manufacturing partner, agree the specification and checkpoints, and keep the buyer informed as the order progresses. Mill selection depends on the product, construction, quantity, compliance needs and delivery window.
From the first brief to dispatch
We review the technical requirements and target quantity, seek a practical route, coordinate sampling and approvals, follow production milestones, and arrange checks against the approved specification. Documentation and shipment responsibilities are agreed for each transaction; the actual exporter and contractual terms are made clear before an order is placed.
Where we focus
Our core enquiries cover hotel bedding, towels and bath textiles, woven cotton and polycotton fabrics, and selected denim and made-ups. When a brief falls outside a partner’s proven capability, we assess alternatives rather than assume every factory can make every product.
