Why a buying house

Who is looking after your order when you are not at the mill?

A mill can make your product. You still need to know whether it is the right mill, whether the quote reflects the same specification, and whether production is following the sample and schedule you approved. Multifabric works as your team on the ground in Pakistan.

01

The right producer for this order.

A mill may be strong in one construction and a poor fit for another. We match your brief and quantity to a suitable production route before you commit.

02

A price you can evaluate.

A low number means little if the fabric, finish, minimum or testing differs. We draw on market knowledge, compare practical options and negotiate terms against the agreed specification.

03

Visibility while work is under way.

We coordinate sample approvals, track milestones and inspect at the stages agreed for your order. When quality or timing needs a decision, you hear about it before dispatch.

04

One local team through shipment.

We follow up with producers and the responsible shipping parties on issues, packing and documentation, while keeping you informed about what has been completed and what comes next.

The mill manages its production. We manage your interests.

How we work

From specification to shipment.

From the first brief to dispatch, we coordinate the people and decisions behind your order. You get a clear production route, agreed terms, regular updates and early notice when something needs attention.

Discuss your requirements
01

Understand your brief

We review the product, specification, quantity, destination, target cost, required tests and delivery window.

02

Select and cost the route

We shortlist mills or factories suited to the item, compare feasible costing, capacity, minimums and lead times, and discuss tradeoffs with you.

03

Agree terms and samples

We coordinate sampling, negotiate commercial terms with the selected producer and document what must be approved before bulk.

04

Follow production and report

We track agreed milestones, share progress and flag changes in timing, quality or cost while there is still room to act.

05

Check, resolve and dispatch

We coordinate stage-appropriate inspections, follow up on issues, and work with the responsible parties on packing, documents and shipment arrangements.

First orders & minimums

Start at the right scale.

MOQ depends on fabric construction, color, finish and finished quantity. A first order can follow different routes; we assess what is feasible for your brief before you commit to bulk production.

Discuss your first order
01

Existing construction

Available fabric or a regular mill construction may support a smaller made-up quantity, if it meets your specification.

02

Specialist short run

A suitable smaller producer may accept a lower volume. Unit cost and available controls need to be evaluated.

03

Custom mill run

New fabric, color or finishing setup often requires a larger commitment and a longer development path.

Before sampling, agree the terms.

We clarify the realistic minimum, sample cost, lead time, approval stages and pricing implications for the selected route.

We work with production partners that can support different certification and audit requirements. The relevant mill, facility, product scope and validity are checked for each enquiry.

The marks shown are examples provided by Multifabric of programs among its production network. They do not mean every mill or every product holds every certification, and they do not certify Multifabric itself. Ask us for the current document for your proposed production route.
