Multifabric Pakistan LLC – Human Rights & Anti–Modern Slavery Policy

Purpose
At Multifabric Pakistan LLC, we uphold the highest standards of human rights, fair labor, and ethical business practices. We are firmly committed to preventing all forms of modern-day slavery, forced labor, and human trafficking within our operations and throughout our supply chain.

Policy Statement
Multifabric Pakistan LLC respects and promotes the fundamental rights of every individual involved in our business. We believe that ethical manufacturing begins with dignity, safety, and fairness for all workers.

To that end, we adhere to the following principles:

1. No Forced or Compulsory Labor:
   Multifabric Pakistan LLC strictly prohibits any form of forced, bonded, or involuntary labor, including debt bondage or human trafficking. All employment is voluntary, and employees are free to leave after reasonable notice.

2. No Child Labor:
   We do not employ anyone under the legal minimum working age. All partner mills and suppliers are required to comply with local labor laws and international child labor standards (ILO Convention 138 & 182).

3. Fair Wages and Working Hours:
   We ensure fair compensation aligned with local labor laws and industry standards. Overtime is voluntary and compensated appropriately.

4. Health, Safety & Welfare:
   We provide safe and hygienic working conditions and require our partner facilities to maintain high standards of occupational health and safety.

5. Freedom of Association:
   Employees have the right to join or form associations and to bargain collectively, in accordance with local laws.

6. Non-Discrimination & Equal Opportunity:
   Employment and advancement decisions are made based on merit and performance, without discrimination of any kind.

7. Supplier Accountability:
   We only work with suppliers and partner mills that share our commitment to ethical practices and agree to comply with this policy. Regular audits and reviews are conducted to ensure adherence.

8. Continuous Improvement:
   Multifabric Pakistan LLC regularly reviews its operations and supply chain to identify risks and improve labor standards. Training and awareness programs are provided to employees and partners to reinforce ethical practices.

9. Commitment to Transparency
   Multifabric Pakistan LLC maintains transparency in its operations and publicly supports the elimination of all forms of exploitation, forced labor, and human rights abuses within the global textile supply chain.
